Service Policies / Terms & Conditions

1. Scope of Services: Interior and/or exterior detailing as agreed in service request, proposal, or work order. Additional work requires approval.

2. Pricing & Payment Terms: Pricing is based on aircraft size, condition, and scope. Payment is due upon completion or Net 7–15 days for approved FBO/contract clients. Late payments may incur a 5% fee.

3. Scheduling & Access: Services depend on aircraft availability, ramp conditions, access, and power/water availability when required.

4. Weather & Operational Delays: Exterior services are subject to weather. Caribbean AeroDetailing may reschedule due to unsafe or unsuitable conditions.

5. Cancellation Policy: 24-hour notice required. Late cancellations may be subject to a $100–$300 fee. No-shows may be billed partially or in full.

6. Aircraft Condition Disclaimer: Pre-existing damage, material defects, weak surfaces, scratches, or existing wear are not the company’s responsibility.

7. Liability & Insurance: General Liability Insurance, Workers Compensation, and Hangar Keepers Liability if applicable. Liability is limited to damages directly caused by negligence.

8. Chemical & Cleaning Standards: Only aviation-safe products are used. No harsh or corrosive chemicals applied.

9. Safety & Compliance: Services follow ramp safety protocols, PPE requirements, and FOD prevention practices.

10. Limitation of Service: The company may refuse unsafe work, decline out-of-scope services, or adjust approach based on aircraft condition.

11. Turnaround Time: Service time varies by aircraft size and condition and is not guaranteed due to operational delays or added service needs.

12. Satisfaction & Re-Service: Concerns must be reported within 24 hours. Re-service may be offered at discretion. No refunds after completion unless agreed.

13. Force Majeure: Not liable for delays due to weather, airport restrictions, Acts of God, government or security limitations.

14. Agreement Acceptance: By requesting or accepting services, the client agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
